Discover the power of group therapy

At Vitality Therapy, Inc., our groups offer a unique and supportive environment where individuals can connect, grow, and achieve common goals. Experience the benefits of shared experiences and collective progress.

Why choose group therapy?

Group therapy provides a supportive community where you or your child can feel less alone while working towards shared goals. For children, groups offer invaluable opportunities to develop social skills, participate in engaging activities, and have fun in a structured environment.

Food Explorers 5-8

Designed for children ages 5-8, our Food Explorers group is a safe and playful space where kids can explore new foods. Through play-based activities like games, food preparation, "food scientist" experiments, and food building, we create a fun environment for picky eaters, anxious eaters, and those with sensory processing differences related to food textures.

Food Explorers 9-12

For kids ages 9-12, this group provides a supportive environment to explore new foods and interact with peers who may also struggle with trying different foods. We focus on creating positive food experiences while simultaneously fostering social interaction and communication skills.

Soccer and Social Skills

This group welcomes kids of all ability levels who want to play soccer while developing crucial social skills. Led by our occupational and speech therapists, who both played collegiate soccer and have extensive coaching experience, this group uses the fun of soccer to teach turn-taking, understanding emotions, and nonverbal communication.

Sensory Stars

This is a group for kids with sensory processing differences, designed to provide regulating sensory input in a fun and playful environment.

Speech and Language Kids

This group is designed for kids to work on functional communication skills with peers. This may include verbal communication, signs and gestures, and/or use of an AAC device.

Adult Speech Group

Many neurological conditions impact speech intelligibility, strength of voice musculature, and swallowing function. Participate in activities that help prevent loss in these areas in a supportive group.
