How much do your services cost?

Initial evaluation with standardized assessment: $150

Treatment sessions: $110 for 60 minute treatment session, $85 for 45 minute treatment session

Where is Vitality Therapy, Inc. located?
  • We utilize gym space owned by Rock Steady Boxing at:

2275 Cassens Court, Suite 107

Fenton, MO, 63026

 

  • We also offer a limited number of in home therapy sessions for a $30 service fee (covering drive time). 

 

  • Some services are available via telehealth. 

Can I use my insurance for therapy services?

We are currently work as an out of network provider with insurance companies. We are able to provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your out of network benefits.  We are committed to helping you navigate the insurance process. Please contact us directly at 314-322-3495 for additional insurance assistance. 

What should new clients know before their first session?
Before your first appointment, we recommend completing any initial paperwork sent to you. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Our therapists will discuss your goals and assess your needs to create a personalized treatment plan.

What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer occupational therapy and speech therapy services for all ages, from infants to adults. This includes individual and group sessions.
